Danilo Sato
VP, Global Head of Technology - Data & AIDanilo advises executive leaders on topics ranging from data strategy and governance to building the products and platforms that bring the strategy to life. He is responsible for developing Thoughtworks’ unique approaches to Data & AI, such as Data Mesh and CD4ML. Author of Devops in Practice, Danilo was named by DataIQ as one of UK's 100 most influential people in data in 2022, 2023 and 2024. His work with ITV has won the DataIQ 'Shared data, shared culture' award in 2022.
Oege Dijk
Lead Machine Learning EngineerOege is passionate about using AI to deliver real solutions to real problems. Since joining Thoughtworks in 2021 he has been able to do so for different industries and use cases, building data-driven optimization and recommendation systems. A project with Erasmus University stood out in both the potential impact and complexity of the privacy requirements.
Currently he is working on productionizing Generative AI to safely serve millions of e-commerce customers. He lives in Rotterdam together with his wife and two boys.
