Tom Coggrave
Principal Technologist
Tom Coggrave is a Principal Technologist at Thoughtworks with a strong background in modernization (particularly of legacy mainframe workloads), architecture, lean approaches and optimising the SDLC for clients. He has helped clients across BFSI, retail, health tech and publishing domains, in a hands-on capacity by leading individual teams, through to larger-scale, multi-team programmes of work. Tom is currently working on Thoughtworks’ mainframe modernization services by delivering these programmes as well as building out our internal capability, tooling and knowledge.
