Mockoon is an open-source API mocking tool. It has an intuitive interface, customizable routes and dynamic responses as well as the ability to automate the creation of mock data sets. Mockoon is compatible with OpenAPI and lets you generate different scenarios that can be tested locally and integrated with a development pipeline. You can also create "partial mocks" by intercepting the requests and only faking the calls that are defined in Mockoon.
