Describe your experience so far at Thoughtworks in one or two words:  Inspiring

What does your job involve? 

My role involves ensuring that the development team develops high-quality software/systems that deliver business values and meet the needs of our clients and their users.

The Quality Analyst work entails not only testing software but also driving the team to build quality into the product at every stage of development. 

What is the most rewarding aspect of what you do?

Being able to deliver values to our clients and their users. And cultivate and help people grow.

We’d love to hear about your career journey. Can you talk about what led you to Thoughtworks and your decision to join Thoughtworks?

I've spent my entire career as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Analyst, and I've always heard of Thoughtworks' reputation for technical excellence. At first, one of my friends (a Thoughtworker) approached me and asked me to join. I was hesitant because I had never worked as a consultant before, but I gave it a shot by applying and going through the entire interview process. I found myself drawn to Thoughtworks' culture during the interviews, ultimately leading me to accept their offer.

What has been your favorite part of your Thoughtworks career to date?

Collaborating with the highly skilled professionals at Thoughtworks has been a constant source of inspiration for my ongoing growth and development. Moreover, Thoughtworks' cultural ethos fosters an environment where I can comfortably offer and receive feedback and voice my thoughts without fear, ensuring a sense of psychological safety.

 
What advice would you give to anyone thinking of joining Thoughtworks?

Personally, I had the chance to step into the role of a full-time trainer for graduates and career changers, enabling me to follow my passion of imparting knowledge and sharing my experiences with others.
