Meet Wisoot Wongkamchai

What does your job involve?

My role is to ensure sound high level technical decisions and successful delivery of the entire account with quality, speed and security. Moreover, it is to look after people in the account to make sure everyone's strength and growth are matched with the work they are doing at the same time ensure the account health in delivery, legally and financially.

What is the most rewarding aspect of what you do?

To see other people grow and that they are happy working in the account.

We’d love to hear about your career journey. Can you talk about what led you to Thoughtworks and your decision to join Thoughtworks?

I heard about Thoughtworks that it’s a good company that has a good culture, safe and respectful work environment while being a consulting company that still keeps a good work life balance. Also I got to move back to work in Thailand as I was dating my wife who was living here then.

What has been your favorite part of your Thoughtworks career to date?

Get to talk to a lot of fantastic people whom I can safely share my thoughts and bounce my ideas with and that Thoughtworks gave me a lot of good opportunities to challenge myself and move to the next step.

What advice would you give to anyone thinking of joining Thoughtworks?

This is a good place where you can shape your mindset and accelerate your growth in your career.

Anything else that you wanted to add about your Thoughtworks journey?

Community part of Thoughtworks has been fantastic too and it’s not all about work. If you can find yourself in a badminton or soccer club, movie club, game club or that you are a foodie, that’s another reason to join Thoughtworks.
