Retail Advisory & Engagement Lead

Khaarthigha works as Retail Industry Principal for UK Market and also Engagement Lead for high value clients for Thoughtworks. She has in excess of 13 years of experience in digital transformation and business services, predominantly in the Retail and Digital Consumer domain. As part of which, She works with organisations to define business transformation goals & strategy to help them navigate digital disruption & manage agility at scale. 

 

She is a courageous leader and has led a number of strategic initiatives for reputed Grocery and Fashion retailers to redefine their Business Model & Processes.
