Michael Kearns

Vice President of Enterprise Strategy, Toptal

Michael Kearns is the Vice President of Enterprise Strategy for Toptal, an exclusive network of the top freelance software developers and designers in the world. Prior to joining Toptal, Michael was a Principal with Thoughtworks, focusing on strategic client relationships and lean transformation intiatives. Michael started his career at Accenture, and was a Managing Director with Slalom Consulting before joining Thoughtworks.

 

Thoughtworks acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, and their continued connection to Country. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples were the world's first scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians.
