Praful Todkar

Principal Software Consultant

Praful is an engineering manager and architect who has led several teams, building large scale and distributed business software systems.

 

His approach to building software is characterized by two factors. One, delivering business value as early as possible and two, crafting simple and elegant solutions for complex problems.

 

His leadership is guided by the philosophy of, 'let's build something bigger, better and together.'

 

Thoughtworks acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, and their continued connection to Country. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples were the world's first scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
