Engineering Org Change and Transformation SME - Enterprise Modernization Platform Cloud (EMPC) Service Line

I have 20+ years of experience leading transformation initiatives for large enterprises. I have led 12+ transformation initiatives, some of which included multi-thousand practitioners adopting modern software practices (Agile, Lean, Engineering, QA). I have developed a framework to drive the adoption of modern software practices across large enterprises, including people, culture, and organizational change management strategies.

I believe that change needs to be inspired, not forced. And that change adoption is more effective when it is incremental and tailored to the context of the teams and organization.
