After my computer design master degree, I specialized in customer experience and for the last 5 years I have been working with teams to deliver market-changing products loved by customers. I like to work on complex problems that require a multi-disciplinary approach.

 

Currently, I am helping a startup to create a sustainable product with the challenges of delivering stellar results in time. 

 

To help projects succeed, I'm customer obsessed, seek feedback and buy-in from key stakeholders as part of my process. Loves system maps, process maps and data visualization.
