Product and Experience Design Lead

I have a passion for putting customers at the center of business and product decisions. As an accomplished facilitator, I help leaders and teams make sense of challenging problems through customer research, organisational alignment and collaborative execution.

 

I joined Thoughtworks in 2015, bringing over 15 years of product strategy, design and delivery experience to lead initiatives in property, government, retail and finance sectors. I have a special interest and passion for social and gender equality and environmental sustainability.

 

Thoughtworks acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, and their continued connection to Country. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples were the world's first scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
