While there are lots of fans of Haskell among ThoughtWorks' language devotees, we rarely see it on the kinds of projects we work on—until recently. Several open source projects now marry Hadoop ’s map/reduce jobs to Haskell’s syntax, which some developers and/or data scientists find appealing.
