Text-it-as-a-service / Rapidpro offers ability to easily set up or modify complex short message service application for business without extensive need of a developer. With the lower costs of text messages compared to USSD sessions, this provides a more affordable way to build scalable applications targeting feature phones and we have seen success in our projects. Flows are very simple to build and actions can be triggered at any point such as sending an sms, email or even calling an external api.
