I have been in the IT industry for more than 15 years now. The last 6 years I have been working as a Project Manager with Thoughtworks.
As a Project Manager, my passion lies is understanding the business goal of the customer & navigating the team towards achieving these goal. Most of my project experience over the years has been on distributed offshore delivery projects.
Apart from being a passionate Project Manager, I am also passionate about traveling, interacting with people, reading and trying my hand at painting. Although most of my free time is spent in trying to understand the passions of my teenage daughter :)
