I specialise in turnaround and delivering ambitious vision. I have significant experience in traditional technology and change delivery but am also a "professional digital native", having played a part in shaping the very first eCommerce businesses and building the first websites during my early career. Latterly I have been leading major organisations towards achieving full "digital transformation" across business and technology. I am a thought leader in Agile in Enterprise and building collaborative diverse teams.
For the last nearly 5 years I have been on a mission to help retail, River Island in particular, survive “the great re-write”, the evolution that retail is going through. I re-built and modernised the River Island Tech department and helped the retailer harness new technologies to transform the 70 year old business.
