Miguel defines himself as a technologist and entrepreneur. He is an experienced software developer with an agile mindset. He joined Thoughtworks Ecuador in 2017 where he has held different roles as Software Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer and Tech Lead. He is passionate about helping organizations deliver information systems and business intelligence solutions with adaptive design.
What energizes him is helping and empowering others to grow and improve their capabilities. He truly believes that you can positively impact society with technology.
