Yolina Sotirov

Yolina joined Thoughtworks over 10 years ago as a graduate developer. She describes herself as a generalist. Over the years she has worked on a variety of tech stacks and architectures, as well as in different public and private sector domains. Nowadays Yolina spends her time leading teams, solving tech design and architecture problems and consulting clients on how to build highly productive teams; all while being a mom.
