There's no point mentioning that you were already using ChatGPT in 2019, when the tool was only really launched in 2022. Companies that have transparency in their culture, like Thoughtworks, will take untruths seriously, and your reputation could end up damaged.
Therefore, you must share your real technical skills and experiences, and when asked about something you don't know, always choose to be honest.
Your LinkedIn profile is more relevant than a six-page resume
Focus on what is essential to present to the recruiting person. An updated LinkedIn profile, with a good summary and your experiences highlighted, can make a better impression than a CV that is not concise.
Search for relevant information about the company that you are interested in
Visiting the company's official pages, its social networks and the page with reviews from the people who work there, such as Glassdoor, are very important, but you can go the extra mile.
Look for market information about the company, get in touch with current employees, visit news sites to find out how the company is positioning itself and investing in your area of expertise.
All this information can set you up for success during interviews, and also help you understand whether it is a place where you would like to develop your career.
Keep your profile up-to-date
Don't wait until you're actively looking for a new journey to update your resume. By leaving it until the last minute, you can potentially forget relevant information about your past experiences.
