Lloyd Shanks

I am a technologist with a passion for retail. I have over 15 years of retail technology experience, spending 10 years as the Head of IT for MECCA Brands, a leading Australian luxury cosmetics retailer. I have worked across the retail value chain from manufacturing, supply chain, and warehousing, through to the service of customers in physical and digital channels. I am currently working with the Thoughtworks global retail team specialising in finding and delivering value for our customers through technology.
