I joined Thoughtworks in 2019 as a Tech Recruiting after relocating from Argentina to Spain, Barcelona. I specialize in Talent Acquisition, having worked both in consulting and product companies. I have experienced a lot of growth in this function from the moment I started at Thoughtworks. My focus has been on attracting the best talent in the market, implementing and improving process and leading high performing teams.

In 2021 I became Recruitment Lead and later Head of Recruitment for the Spanish business. I’m very passionate about leading the right way and I’m proud to collaborate with a autonomous team that continuously performs at a high level.
