Siyu joined Thoughtworks as a developer. During her nine-year tenure at Thoughtworks, Siyu has been through many projects across different business domains and technology stacks. With her experience and expertise in software development, coupled with data skills, her recent focus is to improve engineering performance by process mining of software development activities. She is also applying the same method in architect remediation.
