I joined the Thoughtworks family in 2010 and haven't looked back. Since I started work I've found myself enjoying working with both devs and infrastructure engineers. I love crossing the divide; getting devs to think about operational issues and helping them to understand the infrastructure. And inspiring operations teams to embrace more automation and treat their infrastructure as code.
