Wade Jernigan

As a Strategic Program Manager with the EMPC Service Line of Thoughtworks, my focus is on managing large-scale, complex strategy and execution business transformations in alignment with IT transformations, including a particular focus on multi-provider hybrid cloud models.  In relation to this role, I also have key responsibilities within EMPC regarding Service Line operations and the Delivery Assurance practice that supports execution excellence. I engage clients and partners as a trusted advisor at all levels through leadership of strategic and tactical delivery for the technical and non-technical workstreams that make up a transformation program, managing risks of all types across the program, and supporting the growth and development of people in the context of a business and IT transformation. 

I am passionate about solving complex business problems by leveraging a blend of people, process and technology transformation while minimizing unwarranted impact to operations of the core business.
