On 23 and 25 September Thoughtworks hosted the first edition of XConf in Europe.
XConf is a one-day conference that showcases the latest thinking from Thoughtworks and friends on a broad range of technology topics. It provides a platform for passionate technologists who are looking for inspiration and a chance to network with their peers.
I really enjoyed the conference. There was a good mix of current and more traditional topics and the speakers were very well prepared. The day inspired me to engage with new topics! - Arne Franke – Coremedia – Attendee Hamburg
Really really great day – lots of great talks. For me personally it’s a new environment to be in with people from very diverse technology backgrounds. I will definitely come back next year! - Ryan Levick – 6Wunderkinder- Speaker Hamburg & Manchester
The conference took place in Hamburg and Manchester and attracted more than 110 people. Attendees could chose from 12 talks in two tracks, covering topics such as Clojure, Swift, Datensparsamkeit, offline web applications, Retrospectives, Big Data, and many more.
