James joined Thoughtworks in 2011 as a Business Analyst. Over the last several years, he has juggled a variety of roles including being a Project Manager for Thoughtworks clients, Co-BA Community Lead, Office Designer, and North American Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion.
James' passions in the tech industry lie at the intersection of people and technology. In his various roles, James applies this passion through leading project teams to solve complex business and technology problems, coaching others in Agile Analysis practices, mentoring peers and prospective technologists in their tech careers, and driving diversity and inclusivity campaigns to inform, empower, and support others.
