Jenny joined Thoughtworks 11 years ago as a Business Analyst and is now the Practice Lead for North America. She plays a wide range of roles from leading project inceptions to coaching and project delivery and has worked in over 18 cities in China, Hong Kong, India, US and the UK. Jenny shares her practitioner skills and insights in workshops on projects as well as within Thoughtworks. In the public domain, Jenny speaks at software conferences on the art and science of agile business analysis.
