Keith has more than 25 years of experience in helping clients improve their offerings and performance through the use of modern technology. He has worked for Thoughtworks for over 11 years and is Director of Client Relations. Keith has worked in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa and resides in Sydney, Australia. In recent years, Keith has focused on digital innovation and the creation of new business models, new management practices, and service/product design. He has advised clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, telecommunications, media and travel.
