Norbs joined Thoughtworks Chile in 2019 as a Developer and has worked on projects with several clients, in addition to supporting the Santiago office with onboarding processes for new hires and interviews in the recruiting area. In 2020, he changed his role to Business Analyst, performing Analyst functions in the projects where he was and was delighted with the process.

Now he is starting his path to become a Product Manager, supporting the Product Service Line in Santiago and also being part of the DEISSC Core Team. One of his strongest interests is the incorporation of children without distinction to the learning of technology, as he is convinced that giving them the right tools from an early age (such as knowing how to program) will help them to be innovators, generators of technological changes and will help them to change their future exponentially in a positive way.
