Tiago Rosa

Tiago collaborates with Thoughtworks as a Project Manager based out of the Porto Alegre office in southern Brazil. He's convinced that software development is all about people, and strongly believes that supporting, understanding and empowering people is his main duty as a leader. During his time in TW he's been lucky enough to get to know amazing individuals who've helped, taught and inspired him a great deal. His career goal is to do the same for others.
