Judit Navarro

I joined Thoughtworks Spain in January of 2022 as a Graduate Consultant developer.
The Thoughtworks University (TWU) experience upon joining was truly enjoyable, setting the stage for my diverse and challenging projects across various markets. From a retail broker service company to multinational e-commerce and services one, I eagerly embraced each challenge, striving for excellence in every task.

Before Thoughtworks, my career led me through different consulting companies, all Microsoft's partner gold, where I specialized in developing customizations of Microsoft ERP software.

As time progressed, my dedication and growth were recognized, leading to my promotion to Consultant developer in October of the same year. This role allowed me to continue improving my soft and technical skills, fostering my professional development.

Beyond my work, I have always been passionate about reducing the gender gap in the STEM sector, aiming to create a positive impact with our efforts. Sharing knowledge and spreading the key values of a great culture are important to me, fostering a collaborative environment.

I currently live in Gran Canaria (Spain) with my family and my beautiful cat, called Leo.
