My passion is building transparent, data-led business and leadership cultures. Data and transparency go hand in hand, together playing a vital role in mitigating for power within our organisational and social structures.

I love working in product because it’s all about humans trying to understand each other's needs, and acting to meet them. As technologists we hold a position of influence, playing a big part in how the public experiences everyday interactions, and we should take that seriously. Concerns about equity, usability and, in the AI-age, explainability are all very near and dear to my heart.

I joined Thoughtworks UK in January 2022, with ten years of experience and a background in a range of industries including travel, recruitment, and entertainment. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, I now live in East London.
