With extensive experience at industry-leading companies like Nielsen, Univision, Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo and AIG, Martha is adept at developing and implementing innovative talent initiatives that align with strategic business objectives. Her data-driven approach and ability to build strong partnerships with executive leadership have positioned her as a trusted advisor in the field of human resources.
Martha holds a M.Sc. (with Distinction) in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. in International Relations (Hons) from the National Autonomous University in Mexico.
