Nelice Heck

I currently serve as the leader for the Digital Transformation and Operations service line in Brazil. I'm responsible for managing this line of business, ensuring the success of our beloved clients so they can reach their ambitious mission and best business outcomes.

I joined Thoughtworks in 2010, when they opened the first operation in Latin America. I held a number of positions in different areas as an agile methodology coach at Thoughtworks University, business analyst, project manager, general manager for our operation in Santiago and Porto Alegre.

I was responsible for starting the Thoughtworks' operation in Chile and developing a culture of work and agility there. And I'm proud to foster a learning organization culture in Thoughtworks by developing a scaled strategic Capability Development function in Brazil business.

Working with technology allowed me to turn ideas into something tangible and valuable for our clients thriving to create a better world through technology in a variety of business domains. I hold a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, a master’s in Strategic Management and Innovation from La Salle University and a graduate certificate in Business Management from FDC - Fundação Dom Cabral.
