Tobias Soffner

I joined ThoughtWorks in 2020 as a Project and Product Manager, since then working in several product discoveries and as a Delivery Lead, supporting cross-functional teams implementing new approaches and ideas. In 2021, I was appointed to the seed team of the Customer Experience Service Line, focussing on Innovation, Product Strategy and Delivery with distributed teams.

I am passionate about sustainable and human-centred technology, critical theory and the future of democracy. Some years ago, I bought an old independent publishing company specialized in Dadaism, planning to revive the brand some day in the not so near future. Currently based in Hamburg, I'm nurturing quite a big collection of books and records (as my partner says) and we're still searching for the perfect dog breed to join us.
