Fabio serves Thoughtworks as a Principal Consultant with more than 15 years of experience in helping organisations achieve their objectives fulfilling Application Architect, Technical Lead, Project Manager, Agile Coach, Digital Transformation Adviser and various other roles Prior to Thoughtworks, Fabio was a pioneer agilist and entrepreneur. He is particularly passionate about human psychology and photography.
