I am passionate about bridging the gap between China and the rest of the world through technology, and I am honored that my role allows me to play a part in that. Upon joining Thoughtworks in 2003 as a consultant, I spent ten years helping clients across China, India, Australia, the UK and the US, and speaking at events around the world. Since becoming Managing Director for China in 2014, I am immensely proud to have seen our business grow to over 2,000 Thoughtworkers.
I live in China with my wife and two children.
