Personal development budget
A passion for learning is part of our culture. That's why we offer our Thoughtworkers up to two days of training and a budget that can be used in books, conferences, training courses, workshops, subscriptions and/or travel and accommodation to attend a training event.
Sabbatical
Upon completing ten years at Thoughtworks, an employee is entitled to 12 weeks of paid leave. For every additional five years with the company, they are entitled to six weeks of paid leave.
Plan for retirement
Thoughtworks pays a ‘defined contribution’ for you. We invest that contribution for you as standard. We also invest your additional contribution. That is how you accrue a pension capital.
