As Chief Operating Officer, I am responsible for overlapping our strategic direction with our core operations balancing demand, supply, delivery and operations to meet our business performance expectations.  Lead our country Heads of Operations to continuously evolve and improve efficiency of our operations enabling scaling of our complex and wide reaching business.

Since joining Thoughtworks in 2006, I have held several operational roles from Head of Finance and Operations across the Americas to Head of Global Business Operations.  I am one of those oddballs that love to absorb themselves in what numbers and business trends mean.  Even more so, I have great passion in integrating new business models, go-to-market strategies into our core business and pushing the bar to what is possible.  I have been lucky to find a place here that allows me to have the synergy of my passions.
