Lead our country Heads of Operations to continuously evolve and improve efficiency of our operations enabling scaling of our complex and wide reaching business.
Since joining Thoughtworks in 2006, I have held several operational roles from Head of Finance and Operations across the Americas to Head of Global Business Operations. I am one of those oddballs that love to absorb themselves in what numbers and business trends mean. Even more so, I have great passion in integrating new business models, go-to-market strategies into our core business and pushing the bar to what is possible. I have been lucky to find a place here that allows me to have the synergy of my passions.
