Global Product Manager - Engineering Effectiveness

As the owner of Thoughtworks Engineering Effectiveness solution, I bring together the company's expertise in platform engineering, DevOps, developer experience, domain-driven architecture and organizational change management to — a strategy-led and implementation powered Engineering Effectiveness solution.

 

I focus on evidence-based delivery excellence and have co-developed the EEBO framework with my colleague, Dinker Charak to ensure Engineering Excellence meets business outcomes.

Thoughtworks acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, and their continued connection to Country. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples were the world's first scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
