Sachin Dharmapurikar leads Thoughtworks India's GCC/GIC practice, focusing on AI-powered software development excellence. With 21 years of experience, he has driven digital transformations for clients globally, specializing in product strategy, execution, and growth.
Previously, he led engineering effectiveness globally at Thoughtworks, enhancing solutions and building internal capabilities. Sachin has advised major North American clients as a market tech partner, contributing to their tech strategy, solution development, and go-to-market plans.
As the co-founder of a product incubator, he successfully developed four products for the North American market, leading two to acquisition. He embodies an entrepreneurial spirit both within and outside Thoughtworks.
Passionate about evidence-based leadership and delivery, Sachin co-authored a book on 'Engineering Excellence to Business Outcomes,' demonstrating how engineering teams can align with business value.
