Isha joined Thoughtworks in 2019 and has over 14 years of experience in software delivery for the finance and retail sectors, helping change mindsets when working with development teams to integrate quality and security into their development processes. She specialises in delivery transformation with a strong focus on quality assurance, infrastructure devops and security.  

Her current work is focused on helping clients transform their business into a platform model, challenging established norms, and helping clients think differently, to encourage a disruptive mindset.
