Jason Hare

I am a Data Governance and Information Assurance advisor with thirty years of experience developing data management and digital data transformation programs for commercial and public sector organizations at local, national, federal and international levels. I am a DAMA CDMP and an SSCP from ISC2.

Before joining Thoughtworks in 2021, I served on the Open Data Working Group for the White House Office of Science and Technology (2015 to 2016 OSTP). I've also been a member of the Open Data Institute Nodes and the Open Government Partnership Data Working Group under Tim Berners Lee from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, I joined the World Bank’s list of data governance experts. In 2018 I was invited to Tunisia to work on that country's E-Government program for e;electronic services to citizens.
