Patti Mandarino

Patti has been working on software development projects with Thoughtworks since 1992. She has contributed in roles such as Business Analyst, Tester, Project and Iteration Manager. Her project experience has been focused on using Agile development practices in various sourcing models including co-sourced, fully out-sourced and distributed models. Patti's experience consists of delivery, organizational transformation in IT and Agile adoption style projects. Her software development experience and strengths in training and coaching has brought her to Thoughtworks Studios as a full time Trainer and Coach. An assignment abroad in the Thoughtworks London office led Patti to Program Management in organizational transformation for a large UK-based company. She has transferred that experience in the US where she serves as a Delivery Principal on a large organizational transformation program.
