I joined Thoughtworks' Bangalore office in 2021 as a Learning and Development Specialist. Thoughtworks has a proven track record and pedigree of hiring. The company develops and retains world-class digital talent which has been a key differentiator for decades. I work in the Talent Strategy space within the Digital Transformation and Operations service line, with the intent of enabling clients to bring their talent eco-systems to life.
