I have been working in quite some departments within Mercedes-Benz for the last years and joined OTR end of 2022. Getting to know the challenges from user, market, project and now product perspective widened my view of collaboration and forming interdisciplinary teams of business, IT and partners. I strongly believe that you need all these ideas to create a scalable and loveable product.

When I am not motivating teams I can be found playing in orchestras or motivating my dog to do what I ask him to do (still room to improve).
