Macarena Araya

I joined ThoughtWorks Chile as a Lead Experience Designer in 2020. I have worked in some of the largest organizations in LATAM, leading design teams and creating digital products for Retail, Fintech, Travel, and Health services.

I’m passionate about using design and product mindset to make a positive impact on individuals, movements, and the world as a whole. I'm keen to help other designers with their empowerment journey through mentoring and coaching, helping them to grow.

Currently, I’m supporting the development of the Service Line of Customer Experience, Product & Design.

I live in Santiago with my wife and daughter, and our puppy dog.
