Yeshna Arya

I have been associated with Thoughtworks for most of my professional life as a BA. I am primarily involved in liaising between product stakeholders to deliver on client requirements. Driving product development while keeping business expectations in mind, has kept me glued to the role.

I have had the chance to work across different industries such as retail, telecom, enterprise software, food service and more. Apart from my day-to-day consulting role, I am actively involved in recruitment activities and building a strong community of BAs at Thoughtworks. Being part of the community that drives and furthers Thoughtworks' innovation lab is also something I spend considerable time on.
