Aurita has been a Executive Bilingual Secretary since 1974 and is now  the Office Manager at Thoughtworks Brasil Porto Alegre Office.
She is Carioca - a person who`s born in Rio de Janeiro - but has lived in POA since 1983. So, people use to call her Cariucha = a mix of Carioca + Gaúcha.
