As a co-head of operation for Global Health, I am responsible for overlapping our strategic direction with our core operations, balancing the demands and supplies, enabling scaling our business to make bigger influence to global health.
I joined Thoughtworks in 2013 as a developer and my role changed from a developer, Project Manager, Client Principal to Co-head of Operation for Global Health.
